Warranty
Cold weather can damage batteries, including lithium-ion batteries. Twisted Hobbys checks LiPo voltages during production, maintains proper balance, and stores all batteries in climate-controlled conditions to ensure their health before shipment.

We strongly recommend not order / ship LiPo batteries, especially lower mAh packs, during very cold months, as exposure to extreme temperatures can cause damage. Warranty coverage is void if batteries are shipped or exposed during extreme cold conditions. Buyers are responsible for considering local temperatures and shipping conditions before ordering.
