Shipping Information
Hacker Model USA ships from our Florida warehouse to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We also ship to many international destinations.
Available shipping services may vary based on the destination, package size, product type, and carrier restrictions.
Hacker Model USA is an online shipping warehouse. Local pickup is not available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout and are calculated using the package weight, dimensions, destination, and current carrier rates.
These are live rates provided by our shipping carriers during checkout.
Hacker Model USA may select or change the shipping carrier when necessary because of package size, destination, carrier availability, or service limitations. When possible, a comparable shipping service will be used.
Domestic Shipping Services
Available services may include:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground
- FedEx Ground or Home Delivery
- FedEx 2Day
Not every shipping service will be available for every product, package, or destination.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Orders frequently ship the same day or the following business day, depending on the time the order is received.
Orders placed later in the day, on weekends, during holidays, or during periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.
Saturday shipping may be available, but it is not guaranteed.
Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Incorrect addresses, incomplete information, payment concerns, or fraud-prevention reviews may delay processing. We will contact you if additional information is required.
Important FedEx 2Day Information
FedEx 2Day counts business days only. Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and Hacker Model USA order-processing time are not included in the two-day transit period.
We strongly recommend selecting FedEx 2Day only when placing an order early in the week.
Orders placed late Wednesday or later may not be processed and shipped until Thursday or Friday. In these situations, delivery may not occur until the following week.
For example:
- A package shipped on Thursday may not arrive until Monday.
- A package shipped on Friday may not arrive until Tuesday.
Saturday delivery is not included with the standard FedEx 2Day option offered during checkout and should not be expected.
Selecting FedEx 2Day does not mean your package will arrive within two calendar days of placing the order. The two-business-day transit period begins only after FedEx receives and scans the package.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping refers to the carrier’s estimated transit time after the package has been received and scanned by the carrier.
Expedited services generally operate on business days only. Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and order-processing time may not count toward the advertised transit period.
Orders placed after noon on Friday may not ship until Monday or the next available business day.
Hacker Model USA cannot guarantee a carrier’s delivery date and is not responsible for delays occurring after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be emailed after your shipping label has been created.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct email address when placing an order. An incorrect email address may prevent order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking information from being received.
Please check your spam, junk, or promotional folders if you do not see your order confirmation or tracking email. Some email providers and mail servers may automatically filter these messages.
Customers with a Hacker Model USA account may also view available tracking information through their Order History.
Tracking may not become active immediately. The first update normally appears after the carrier scans the package. In some cases, tracking may not update until later that evening or the following business day.
A shipping notification means the label has been created. It does not necessarily mean the carrier has already picked up or scanned the package.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery dates shown during checkout or in tracking information are estimates provided by the carrier.
Weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, staffing issues, customs processing, and other circumstances outside the control of Hacker Model USA may delay delivery.
Hacker Model USA cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Signature Requirements
Hacker Model USA or the shipping carrier may require a signature based on the order value, product type, delivery location, or fraud-prevention requirements.
We cannot require a carrier to leave a package without a signature or in a specific location.
Customers should contact the carrier directly to request delivery instructions, package holds, or pickup at an approved carrier location.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please carefully review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP Code before submitting your order.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted or shipped.
Hacker Model USA is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
Undeliverable and Returned Packages
Packages may be returned to Hacker Model USA because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- A refused delivery
- Failure to collect or claim the package
- An unavailable recipient
- Unpaid international duties or taxes
- Another customer-related delivery issue
The customer is responsible for any original shipping charges, return shipping charges, address-correction fees, and reshipping costs.
Returned packages will not automatically be reshipped. We will contact the customer regarding available options.
Delivered but Missing Packages
When tracking shows that a package has been delivered, please check:
- All entrances and porches
- Garages and side doors
- Mailboxes and package lockers
- Other household members
- Building management or front-desk staff
- Nearby neighbors
Customers should contact the carrier promptly to request delivery details, GPS information, or confirmation of where the package was placed.
A package confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided during checkout is not considered lost in transit.
Hacker Model USA is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement occurring after confirmed delivery.
We will provide available tracking and shipping information to assist the customer whenever possible.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
Temporary gaps in tracking do not always mean a package is lost. Packages are sometimes transported between carrier facilities without receiving an additional scan.
Please allow the carrier’s estimated delivery period to pass before reporting a shipment as missing.
If tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time or the package has passed its estimated delivery date, please contact us. Hacker Model USA may open a carrier investigation or claim when appropriate.
Carrier investigations must be completed according to the carrier’s procedures and required waiting periods before a replacement, account credit, or refund can be considered.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
If the shipping box or product appears damaged:
- Photograph the unopened exterior of the package
- Photograph the shipping label
- Photograph all sides of the shipping box
- Photograph the internal packaging
- Photograph the damaged product
- Keep the original box and all packing materials
- Contact Hacker Model USA within three business days
Please do not discard the package, packing materials, or damaged product until the claim has been completed.
The carrier may require the package and contents to be available for inspection.
A damage claim may be delayed or denied when the original packaging, photographs, or other required information is unavailable.
Multiple Package Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in more than one package.
Packages from the same order may have separate tracking numbers and may arrive on different days or at different times.
Please compare the number of tracking numbers provided with the number of packages received before reporting products as missing.
Oversized Packages
Large aircraft kits and other oversized products may be limited to certain carriers or shipping services.
Carrier dimensional weight, residential delivery charges, extended-area fees, and oversized-package charges may apply.
If the actual shipping cost is significantly different from the amount calculated during checkout, Hacker Model USA may contact the customer before shipping to discuss the available options.
APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses
APO, FPO, and DPO orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
Delivery times can vary considerably depending on the military destination and local handling procedures.
Certain products, including standalone lithium and LiPo batteries, adhesives, aerosols, and other restricted materials, may not be eligible for shipment to an APO, FPO, or DPO address.
Orders containing restricted products may be modified or canceled when an approved shipping method is unavailable.
Lithium and LiPo Batteries
Lithium and LiPo batteries are subject to special government and carrier shipping regulations.
Certain batteries may only be shipped using an approved ground service. Restrictions may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, and international destinations.
Standalone LiPo batteries cannot be shipped to many international or overseas military destinations.
Orders containing restricted batteries may be modified or canceled when an approved shipping method is unavailable.
Hazardous and Ground-Shipping-Only Products
Certain products may only be shipped by an approved ground service.
These products may include:
- Certain adhesives and chemicals
- Aerosol products
- Paints and thinners
- Certain lithium batteries
- Other regulated materials
These products may not be available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, or international destinations.
If a restricted product is ordered for an unavailable destination, Hacker Model USA will contact the customer to modify or cancel the order.
International Shipping
Hacker Model USA ships to many international destinations.
Available international services may include:
- FedEx International Priority
- FedEx International Economy
- USPS First Class Package International
- USPS Priority Mail International
Available services vary based on the country, package size, product type, value, and current carrier restrictions.
USPS International may be less expensive, but delivery can take longer and tracking may be limited after the package leaves the United States.
FedEx International is generally recommended when faster delivery and more detailed tracking are important.
International delivery estimates do not include customs-processing time.
International Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, customs fees, and other destination-country charges unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Hacker Model USA.
International customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered may legally be imported into their country.
Hacker Model USA is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, confiscations, import restrictions, or other actions taken by government or customs authorities.
If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned because duties, taxes, or other fees were not paid, the following may be deducted from any eligible refund:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Brokerage charges
- Customs fees
- Duties or taxes charged to Hacker Model USA
- Other carrier or government charges
Original international shipping charges are not refundable after the package has shipped.
PayPal Orders
Orders paid through PayPal must be shipped to the address shown in the PayPal transaction details.
Please confirm that your complete shipping address is correct before submitting payment.
We may not be able to change the shipping address after the PayPal transaction has been completed.
All Hacker Model USA shipping, fraud-prevention, order, warranty, and return policies continue to apply to orders paid through PayPal.
Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
Hacker Model USA reserves the right to hold an order while payment information, billing information, shipping information, or customer identity is verified.
We may contact the customer by email or telephone before releasing an order for shipment.
Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination and current tax requirements.
Shipping charges may also be taxable when required by state or local law.
Warranty & Returns
Please contact Hacker Model USA before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Returns and Exchanges
Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
EPP model kits are not eligible for return or exchange.
Approved returns must meet all of the following conditions:
- New and unused
- Unopened
- In the original packaging
- Complete with all included parts and accessories
- In suitable retail condition for resale
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved nondefective returns.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Opened, used, incomplete, damaged, or improperly packaged products may be refused.
Products requiring testing, inspection, or repackaging may be subject to a restocking fee of 30% or more, depending on their condition.
Any refused return may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Defective Products
Hacker Model USA provides a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of purchase.
Before returning a product believed to be defective:
- Contact us at hackermodelusa@gmail.com
- Include a detailed description of the problem
- Provide photos or videos when requested to help confirm the issue
Warranty coverage does not include:
- Misuse
- Improper installation
- Modifications
- Negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Crash damage
- Buyer’s remorse
Verified defective products are not subject to the standard 25% restocking fee.
Repair services for products outside of warranty are not currently available.
Shipping Damage
Shipping damage must be reported promptly by emailing hackermodelusa@gmail.com.
Please keep all of the following:
- The damaged product
- The shipping box
- All packaging materials
- Shipping labels
- Related paperwork
Photos may be required, and the shipping carrier may request an inspection or pickup of the damaged package.
Refund Processing
Please allow 10 to 15 days after your return is received for inspection and processing.
We will contact you once the returned merchandise has been reviewed.
Returns received more than 30 days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund or credit.
At our discretion, certain restocking fees may be reduced or waived when reimbursement is issued as Hacker Model USA online account credit.
Return Address
Do not send products without prior approval.
All returns, exchanges, and warranty requests must be approved by Hacker Model USA before any product is shipped back.
Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
If your request is approved, return instructions and the appropriate shipping address will be provided.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
