Product Description
Starbond Super Fast Thin CA is a water-thin cyanoacrylate adhesive designed to wick deeply into close-fitting joints, hairline cracks, and porous materials. Its fast-flowing consistency reaches spaces as small as 0.002 inch, making it especially useful for precision RC building, balsa and plywood reinforcement, crack stabilization, and other applications where thicker glue cannot penetrate.
Fast Wicking for Tight, Precise Joints
Apply thin CA after parts are aligned and held together. Capillary action draws the adhesive into narrow seams and porous material, allowing a small amount of glue to reach areas that are difficult to access with medium or thick formulas.
Material Compatibility: Thin CA is best for tight, nonflexible joints and porous materials. Test on scrap material before use. It may damage certain foams or finishes and is not a substitute for Foam-Tac on flexible EPP airframe joints.
Choose the Right Viscosity: Thin CA is intended to flow into an already fitted joint. For loose-fitting parts or larger gaps, use medium CA or thick CA instead.
Important Safety and Storage: Cyanoacrylate adhesive bonds skin and eyes rapidly. Use with eye protection and adequate ventilation, keep away from children, and avoid contact with cotton or wool because a rapid heat reaction may occur. Wipe the nozzle clean, replace the cap after use, and store the bottle upright in a cool, dry location.
