Ultra Halo XX1 LED Light Stick Kit: Large

The Ultra Halo XX1 is a lightweight, high-output LED lighting kit designed for medium to larger RC aircraft with approximately 32 to 48-inch wingspans. Its extended light sticks provide excellent visibility from multiple angles, making the aircraft easier to follow during evening, low-light, and nighttime flying.

Each kit includes two fully pre-wired light sticks with four high-output daylight-white LEDs per stick. The included JST connection allows the system to be powered from a compatible 3S LiPo source without soldering during standard installation.

Installation and Power Notes

• Connect the kit to a compatible 3S LiPo power source using the installed JST connector.
• Do not exceed the 16V maximum input voltage.
• Confirm correct polarity before connecting the battery or applying power.
• Position the light sticks where the LEDs remain unobstructed by foam, covering, wiring, or other aircraft components.
• Secure the light sticks and wiring so they cannot contact control linkages, servos, the motor, or the propeller.
• Use lightweight wire staples or another suitable mounting method that will not damage the circuit boards.
• Disconnect the flight battery when the aircraft is not in use.

Optional Shortened Configuration

The XX1 light sticks may be shortened when the full length is not required or available mounting space is limited. One LED section may be removed from each end of both light sticks, creating a shorter installation while maintaining illumination across the aircraft.

Shortening the boards is a permanent modification and will reduce the total number of LEDs and overall light output. Carefully review the board layout before making any cuts.
