Product Description
BOLT 16A Brushless ESC with 6V / 3A SBEC
Product Transition Notice
The BOLT 16A ESC is being phased out as we transition this size of speed controller to our Vertex electronics line. Once the remaining BOLT inventory is sold, this model will no longer be restocked.
For new installations, replacement needs, and future power-system purchases, please use the Vertex 16A ESC with 6V / 3A SBEC .
The BOLT 16A ESC is a compact, forward-only brushless speed controller designed for lightweight indoor, backyard, sport, and 3D electric aircraft. It provides smooth motor control in a small, lightweight package while the integrated 6V / 3A switching BEC supplies regulated power to the receiver and connected servos.

Setup and Installation Notes
- Throttle calibration must be completed before first use.
- Always remove the propeller before calibration, motor testing, or radio setup.
- Confirm throttle cut is turned off during calibration so the ESC can read the full throttle range.
- Confirm the receiver and connected servos are rated for 6V operation.
- Use a motor and propeller combination that stays within the ESC’s 16A continuous-current rating.
- Mount the ESC where it has airflow and is not fully covered by foam, adhesive, or other material.
